Three New Sleep Science studies presented at World Sleep Congress 2025
We’re excited to announce that Fullpower-AI, together with our esteemed academic partners at Stanford Medicine, UCSF, and international collaborators, presented three breakthrough studies at World Sleep 2025 in Singapore—the premier global gathering for sleep science.
Study #1: Snoring & Sleep Apnea Insights:
A landmark real-world study (>155,000 participants, 27 million+ nights) shows that every 10% increase in snoring time sharply raises the odds of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), especially in younger adults. This underscores the powerful clinical value of home-based snoring analytics.
Study #2: Heart Rate & HRV Accuracy Validation:
Sleeptracker-AI demonstrated near-perfect accuracy for heart rate and heart rate variability compared to gold-standard polysomnography (PSG). This paves the way for reliable, contactless monitoring in both research and clinical practice.
Study #3: Lifestyle and Heart Health:
Our analysis of 100,000+ adults reveals tangible links between everyday behaviors—such as alcohol consumption, stress, and exercise—and nocturnal heart rate variability (HRV) and heart rate. Noninvasive sensors are helping unlock the potential of truly personalized, preventive sleep and cardiovascular health.
A heartfelt thank you to our co-authors, the World Sleep Congress organizers, and everyone driving the future of digital sleep and health science.
