Turkey doesn’t contain significantly more tryptophan than other foods. This amino acid converts to serotonin and melatonin, two chemicals associated with sleep regulation. But turkey doesn’t have substantially more tryptophan than other common foods like chicken, beef, nuts, or cheese.
